Fitment overview

This 2-pack Opuladuo replacement chain is made for select 16-inch Greenworks chainsaws that use a 3/8-inch pitch, .050-inch gauge, and 56 drive links. It is listed as fitting specific Greenworks 80V, 60V, and 12A saw models, giving you two replacement chains for routine maintenance or a ready spare when the original chain is dull or damaged.

Will this chain fit your saw?

Measuring chain pitch, gauge and drive links

To fit correctly, your chainsaw needs to match all four chain specs:

  • Bar length: 16”
  • Pitch: 3/8”
  • Gauge: .050”
  • Drive links: 56

A 16-inch bar alone is not enough to confirm fit. Many 16-inch chainsaw bars use different pitch, gauge, or drive-link counts, so the safest approach is to verify the chain information printed on your current chain, guide bar, or in your saw’s manual.

According to the original listing, this chain fits these Greenworks models:

Greenworks 80V

  • CS80L211
  • CS80L2512
  • CS80L01

Greenworks 60V

  • 2002802
  • CS60L00
  • CS60L02
  • CS60L210
  • CS60L212

Greenworks 12A

  • 20022
  • 20232

If your saw matches one of the model numbers above and uses a 16-inch bar, this chain is the listed replacement. The package includes:

  • 2 pcs 16-inch replacement chain
  • Guide bar not included

If your saw is a different Greenworks model, do not assume it fits just because it has a 16-inch bar. Confirm the pitch, gauge, and drive-link count before ordering.

Replacing the chain

Fitting the chain onto the bar and sprocket

Before replacing the chain, remove the battery on cordless models or unplug corded models. Let the saw cool fully and wear gloves when handling the chain.

  1. Remove power from the saw and loosen the side cover to access the bar and chain.
  2. Back off the chain tension so the old chain can be lifted off the guide bar and drive sprocket.
  3. Clean debris from the bar groove, sprocket area, and side cover before installing the new chain.
  4. Place the new chain around the drive sprocket and along the guide bar, making sure the cutting edges face the correct direction on the top side of the bar.
  5. Reinstall the side cover and adjust chain tension until the chain sits snugly in the bar groove but can still be pulled around by hand with a gloved hand.
  6. Tighten the cover securely, then recheck tension after a short test run because a new chain can seat in and loosen slightly.

If the chain will not sit properly on the bar, do not force it. Recheck that your saw uses 3/8” pitch, .050” gauge, and 56 drive links.

Keeping it sharp

Sharpening a chainsaw chain cutter

A sharp chain cuts faster, puts less strain on the motor, and is safer to use than a dull one.

  • Keep chain oil topped up and make sure the bar and chain are being lubricated properly during use.
  • Touch up the cutters regularly instead of waiting until the chain is badly dull.
  • If the saw starts producing fine dust instead of chips, pulls to one side, or needs extra pressure to cut, it is time to sharpen the chain and inspect the bar.

It is also a good idea to rotate between the two included chains. While one is in use, the other can be cleaned or sharpened, helping reduce downtime.

FAQ

Does this include the guide bar?

No. This package includes 2 replacement 16-inch chains only. The guide bar is not included.

Will it fit any 16-inch Greenworks chainsaw?

Not necessarily. It is listed for the Greenworks models above and for chain specs of 3/8” pitch, .050” gauge, and 56 drive links. Always confirm all chain measurements, not just bar length.
